How to use surplus money
Even in 1 yen increments, the sponsorship donated will not be obtained by the organizers, and all of the funds will be used for XX's birthday events, and any surplus money that could not be used up (up to 49,999 yen) will be carried over to the next project.

If the funds do not reach the target amount
