5. Regarding design regulations

• Design regulations differ depending on each medium. Please check each media page for design regulations.
  

6. Regarding design confirmation

• The final design will always be published after being confirmed by the copyright holder.

• If the agency or advertising media company requests corrections after the review, please respond promptly.

Prohibitions

• With affiliated talent and officialExpressions that mislead
  
  

• Defaming, slandering, or infringing the rights of Yuya Arai, related parties, or other third parties.
  
  

• Use for purposes other than promotional advertising, such as personal use (SNS posting, creation of personal goods), with the main purpose of profit.
  
  

• Changing the color or deforming the material (deleting the background is not a problem)
  
  

• Performing any other acts deemed by the management.
  If the management deems that any of the above prohibited acts apply, the permission to place Oshii advertisements may be canceled even after permission has been granted.
