About the background and thoughts
There are two backgrounds.
The first is that when Pakbo Gum's 31st birthday, he wanted to celebrate with Bogo Pen and others in Japan.

This project is a plan to collect Pakbu Gum's 31st birthday to celebrate Pakbu Gum's 31st birthday, raising support money from Senil JAPAN in the form of a crowdfunding.
