Is it okay to make advance notices on social media?

The rules for advance notice vary depending on the media, so please contact your representative for details. Please note that if you make an announcement on a media that is prohibited from advance notice, the broadcast may be cancelled. (non refundable)

Advertisers will not be able to make an announcement on the day of the broadcast.

Is it possible to film the advertisement and send a video?

There are some media that allow photography and some media that do not, so please contact your representative for details.

Is there any other place I can present other than the recommended vision?

Yes, we have a vision nationwide, so please contact us if you have a location or vision you would like.

What will be the payment method?

It will be a direct transfer.

Japan Station Advertising

Is it possible for individuals to post advertisements?

Basically, it is possible to submit advertisements under the name of an organization, but depending on the electric railway and advertising medium, individuals may be able to submit their advertisements.

Is it necessary to submit a license certificate from my agency?

yes. In the case of advertising at Nippon Station, you must always submit a certificate of approval for advertising submission from the agency of the advertiser. (Screenshots of emails are also acceptable)

Even if the advertiser is not affiliated with the agency, can I post ads?

Basically, advertisements can only be submitted if you are affiliated with an agency, but with some electric railways, advertisements may be possible even if you are not affiliated with the agency.

By how long will I have to apply in time?

Please apply at least one month and a half before the start date of advertising.

Please tell me the process until the ads start.

The process for starting advertising is as follows:

Can I receive posters after they have been published?

If you would like to pick up the item, please contact us in advance. In addition, shipping charges will be charged separately.

Is it possible to arrange for advertising stations that are not listed on our website on behalf of them?

Yes, it's possible. We can arrange station advertisements all over Japan, so please feel free to contact us.

How many still images can I play?

As long as the data capacity is less than 500MB, you can send as many copies as you like.

Still images can be switched at a minimum of 1 minute.

How many music can I play?

As long as one data capacity is less than 500MB, it is possible to stream as many units.

Is it possible to stream data on the left and right sides of the truck?

It is possible to simultaneously stream different data on the left and right sides.

Can I specify the driving route?

You can freely specify the driving route.

How many hours do you drive per day?

The daily driving time is 11:00-22:00 for a maximum of 9 hours. (Includes one hour of travel and break.)

Korean Advertising

When can I book an ad?

Basically, you can secure advertising space from two to one month before the start of advertising.

Please note that cancellations are not possible once the slots are secured.

Is it okay to make advance notices on social media?

yes. There is no problem with advance notice.

Is it possible to film the advertisement and send a video?

Once an advertisement is published, we will send you the data from which the media representative filmed the advertisement. (If the product starts on Saturdays and Sundays, it will be sent on Monday)

Is it possible to arrange other than the Times Square media listed on the site?

Currently, only the media listed on the website can be arranged.

Can I know the broadcast time in advance?

You can check the event on the day of the broadcast.

What time will the broadcast start?

The broadcast will begin at 12:00AM (1:00PM, Japan time), when the local time date has changed.

SNS ads

Is it possible to serve ads from a personal account?

Advertising can only be delivered through our account.

What is the estimated number of times an Instagram story is displayed?

It will be displayed about 50,000 times on the 15,000 yen plan. (It may vary slightly depending on the click-through rate.)

What is the gender section in the form section?

In the settings, you can specify that delivery is only available to women and only men.

Cup holder production

Is it possible for you to arrange a cafe on your behalf?

We can arrange for a cafe that we have affiliated with.

Is it possible to design 1,000 air holders in two different designs for 500 air holders?

It's possible. However, the price is 2x when ordering 500 units.

Can I separate 500 air holders into 250 separate units and ship them to another location?

Each box contains 500 pieces, so it cannot be delivered separately.

About data production

Are there any materials that I can use?

If there are any regulations made by an idol agency, please use materials that comply with the regulations.

If you are a Korean idol, please use materials that are copyrighted to your Korean agency, such as photos from social media that are available free of charge from your agency or songs from Korean language.

Is it possible to receive an illustrator file of data created on behalf of the agent?

Basically, we cannot give you illustrator or photoshop data. (It is possible to hand over the layers if they are combined.)
