What is your background as a designer?

I have been a designer for about 8 years.

Mainly designing paper media such as flyers, posters, and business cards, but also designing signboards, alcohol labels, wrapping paper for a certain Japanese confectionery manufacturer, etc.I was in charge of packaging, etc.

In addition, I have experience in creating LP (landing page) designs in the web field.

In order to respond to the customer's desire to create something, we work together with them to think about what materials to use and how to give it a shape when designing!

What kind of advertising have you designed so far?

Mainly responsible for still image designI'm doing it.

Recently, Canva templates (Canva template DL plan) was created.

Among them"Creating designs that are easy for customers to edit"That was important to me.

We have created a template that is easy to use by making it easy to replace images and change text!

Just being "cute" isn't enough, I think it's important to make people think "I want to use it again!", so I was conscious of designing a design that would make people want to use it again.

What kind of advertising would you like to design?

I would like to try sports-related design as well.That's what I feel!

When it comes to endorsement advertisements, you get the impression that most of them are artists, but I personally endorse baseball players, and in that sense, I'm also interested in sports.

I would like to work on designs for genres that you don't often see in promotional advertisements, such as soccer players and basketball players!

What design are you good at?

Rather than being good or bad,Since I have had a wide range of experience with various projects, I am confident that I can handle any genre to some extent!

My previous job was at an advertising agency, and I often had to work on genres that I wasn't good at, so it came naturally to me.

Among them,your favorite genreIf I had to choose, it would be “beautiful”It is!

At my previous workplace, there was a time when I was in charge of a famous brand for a certain cosmetics manufacturer, and I handled a lot of flyers, DMs, and information about skin.

It's sparkling, clean, and I really enjoy thinking about how to convey the image that ``you can become beautiful by using this.''

Partly as a result of that, I became interested in the beauty industry, and naturally started looking into things like mail order.

Where does your design inspiration come from?

I receive inspiration from everyday life.

Whether it's flyers in the mail, DMs, posters or billboards around town,There are no constraints and anything catches my eye, such as landscapes.

I graduated from the Faculty of Art at university, and while I was there, I also took classes in drawing and oil painting.

I went on to major in visual art, and of course studied design, but the main focus was on illustration, that is, content specialized in drawing illustrations.

I don't just draw a picture, I think about what the picture is for.

I was learning what kind of illustrations are necessary in design, based on their fusion.

I think about things like ``What is my true identity?'' and ``What kind of paintings are my own?'' Perhaps it's because of all the learning I've done that I feel like I've naturally acquired the ability to sense the world with my five senses.

What do you enjoy about your work?

It's been a long time, butI really like thinking together with customers and creating good things together.It is.

When I worked at an advertising agency, I often accompanied sales people to business meetings, and it was a workplace where I had close interaction with customers.

Even when I was leaving, everyone was very kind to me and told me, ``Thank you for helping me'' and ``Thank you very much for making things run smoothly.''

Although we are customers, we are like friends.

I really liked how he moved forward with the attitude of ``Let's create something good together,'' and he made suggestions like ``This is what I want to do, so why don't you try doing it this way?'' or ``If money is tight, there are other options.''

I felt more like family and friends than customers, and I felt the joy of creating something.

I loved not only designing, but also the process of interacting with customers.

Oshii Advertising requires direct interaction with customers, so I'm a little nervous, but I'm really looking forward to it.

As I myself am an Oshikatsu person, I feel like ``I love all of my customers' Oshikatsu!''

I really want to create something good together.

It's not just a relationship of ``Please make it because it's my job.''I would like to cherish the idea of ``we want to create something good together.''

I would be happy if we could enjoy the production process together.

Exactly! Who is your favorite?
A. Of course I really like the Softbank Hawks, but especiallyRyōya KuriharaandTaisei MakiharaI recommend it!

There is a Hawks fan at my current workplace, and I had the opportunity to take him to the stadium.

As images of the players appeared in my vision and I was surrounded by an atmosphere of support, I started to think, ``This player is great!'' and started to support him.

From there, I gradually learned the rules of baseball and became more and more addicted to it!

Of course I like the way he stands at bat, but I think his humanity is really wonderful.

Kurihara is also the mood maker for the team, and there are many things that I respect.

Also, everyone's smiles are so cute!

What kind of promotion are you doing?
A. I go to the stadium often, and when I have a lot of fun, I go to PayPay Dome for about 7 to 8 games a month! (lol)

There are so many goodies available that I can't help but buy them! We are cheering at the stadium holding up Kurihara's support towels.📣

Also, when I went to the fall camp, I gave Kurihara a gift for the first time and said, ``Good luck!''

That was the best pushing experience I've ever had.😭
