SUNPLUS Advertising Rules

Senil JAPAN has established the following guidelines to realize "favorite ads" that will create a sense of support from our fans.

If you would like to use a favourite advertisement for SUNPLUS affiliated talents, please read the following carefully and comply with the regulations.

What is "Favourite Advertising®"?

"Favourite Advertising®︎" is an advertisement that allows fans to support their favorites.

Generally speaking,BirthdayIt is also called "advertising" or "supporting ads", but these guidelines will be labeled unified as "favorite ads®."

In addition, "Ishi Advertising®︎" is a registered trademark of IW Co., Ltd., which operates Senil JAPAN.

About the materials used

• Photos, logos, etc. that can be used in your favorite ads areOnly official materials provided and licensed by your agency are limited to.

•  Visual photos of the works she appeared in, images reproduced from social media, or unauthorized screenshots are not permitted.

• Illustration materials such as fan art must be checked separately. If you do not have permission to use it, the materials may be changed.

How to apply

• Related to talents affiliated with SUNPLUSAll favourite advertisements are planned, applied, and implemented through Senil JAPAN (IW Co., Ltd.)It must be.
  
  

• As office confirmation and permission must be obtained、Unauthorized posting by individuals and other organizationsPlease refrain from purchasing.
  
  

• Please refrain from directly enquiring the office to avoid any misinterpretation of information or burden.

Process for implementation (Apply guideline: Recommended 1.5 to 2 months before the desired date)

1. [Planning consultation] Determine the desired date and media for display.
   
   

2. [Pre-payment] Advertising expenses are made on the Senil JAPAN site
   → Adjustment of materials used and license applications begins at the same time
   
   

3. [Design submission] Submit your design at least 14 days before the advertisement display date (transport advertisements up to 20 business days before).
   
   

4. [Content Review] Based on the details submitted, we will conduct an examination at our company, office, and advertising media company.
   
   

5. [Start of posting] Advertising begins

Examples of notation and prohibited words necessary for display design

1. The fandom name or clearly states that it is a "project by fans."Example: This advertisement is a project made by volunteer fans. etc.

4. Examples of prohibited words
   The following expressions are prohibited:
   ×"Official Support Advertisement"
   × "SUNPLUS is implemented"
   × Words that make people mistakenly think of the talent as the will or statements
   × Content that is against public order and morals
   
   

5. Regarding design regulations

• Design regulations vary depending on the medium. Please check each media page for design regulations.
  
  

6. Regarding design confirmation

• The final design will always be published after confirmation by the rights holder's office.

• If you request a correction from your agency or advertising media after the review, please respond promptly.

Prohibited matters

• Expressions that mistakenly identify as affiliated talent or official
  
  

• Defamation, defamation, or infringement of members, related parties, or other third parties;
  
  

• Used for non-favorite ads, such as for commercial purposes or for personal use (sNS posting, creating personal goods).
  
  

• Change the color or deform the material (delete the background is not a problem)
  
  

• Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the management
  
  If the management recognizes that the above prohibited acts falling under the above-mentioned prohibited act, the permission to submit your favourite advertisement may be revoked even after you have granted your submission.
